Hello Michelle, While we appreciate your concerns, we wanted the opportunity to clarify a few things. When you spoke to our receptionist upon arriving at our dealership, she notified one of our office staff members who offered to assist you personally. You declined that offer, as well as one to speak with her by office phone, and instead requested we put the call on speaker. During that conversation, you were informed that in the State of Washington, it is the customer’s responsibility to report they have sold or traded-in their vehicle. We also asked that you provide us with the impound notice so that we could assist you in taking care of everything. You declined to respond to that request; however, we located the information and sent everything necessary to the impound lot to release you from responsibility.
