The general manager, Jim Johnson, has yet to return my many phone calls and email messages. Leslie in Administration didn't return a phone call which she promised, nor did she return my calls. I had a bad feeling driving into the Camp Chevy parking lot. Always trust your gut. I wish I would have taken my business elsewhere, but I just had to have one of the last 2017 Fifty Anniversary Camaros in the country. I'm happy with the car and with my salesperson, Jordon. However, Jim Johnson needs to learn how to be a real general manager. More

Good Deal...Still disappointed overall. Spoke with 3 different people and ended up with Shea. He was very nice and wanted to make sure the truck we drove 2.5 hours to see was the one we wanted. He mentioned a couple features that the truck had, but it didn't. Aldo, they threw in an undercoating because the finance guy said he forgot to add it in. Had to bring it back the following weekend to have it done. I looked underneath the truck and saw they did an OK job...not a great job. There was overs pray in the wheel wells and it didn't look like they covered all the electrical components under the truck. Then I had a $100 online coupon from GMAC ti use when you buy a car or truck. The guy ordered the cheapest ones he could for $66 instead of the $87 ones. Nor did they even bother to ask to see what was already in the truck to try and upsell me. I would have been interested in a bed liner, wheel well inserts, better floor mats etc., but they didn't seem interested. SO now I am getting all that from my local dealer. The kicker is, I didn't eveh hear from the sales guy to see how we liked the truck. But he did call my number, thinking I was a different customer and he proceeded to try and tell me about their 4th of July deals when I had already bought from HIM :( OH...They did try to sell me a stain protection package on a truck that already had stains on the seats ? More
Great experience I have great customer sale person with this awesome guy name Cody Edwards concerning getting a car within couple with my new job. It was amazing to kn I have great customer sale person with this awesome guy name Cody Edwards concerning getting a car within couple with my new job. It was amazing to know that I still can have a car with only $400 dollars down payment within a $4,000.00 2011 car deal. Cody was really really patiently fighting for me to have this awesome car that I have within my first paycheck from my new job. It is great to know that people with bad credit can still have hope to have a car from this great dealership lots. I would have to recommend this to anyone outthere that have bad credit at any cost. Anyways, go to Cody and these lovely sales people. More

I'm in my late 50s and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a car dealer, and it makes me extremely leery of ever considering a Chevy again. For two months, they would not reply to my multiple very respectful messages asking for a call. Reneged on their promise of providing a back luggage cover for my Volt; didn't even send me the promised $30 towards what turned out to be a $75 cost. When I asked about them not honestly informing me and my wife of damage to the car, their response was "that's standard business practices." In other words, you should never have trusted us. Well, now we won't, and encourage others to do the same. Total lack of ethics. More

My Cadillac began acting up and I needed to seek help. I am from out of town and was on my way to Canada. Found your dealership on my GPS. When I arrive, I was treated professionally and service was available to meet my needs. It did not take long for your service staff to find and correct my car's problems. As I am an older Senior citizen (single woman) I left your dealership feeling confident that my car problems were resolved. Thank you. More
Unsatisfactory finanace visit Walking Into the dealership I was not greeted until I reached the reception counter even though I walked passed two employees just sitting in chairs. The finance guy talked down to me like I was an idiot when I came in to cancel my gap insurance. He then told me I had insufficient paperwork to complete this cancellation, sent me home to get said paperwork. When I returned he had gone home for the evening passing my paperwork off to another employee (she was great and also in finance) even though I had called him when I was on my way back. Come to find out I didn’t even actually need to provide said paperwork. would I recommend this dealer to anyone? No. No I would not. Not only was the finanace guy rude to me every time I had an encounter with him. I was lied to about features that would be in my car. I signed the paperwork and couldn’t pick my car up until the following Tuesday and when I picked it up it did not have automatic start (which is a feature that was sold to me) or cruise control. When I asked the sales gal about this she said “ oh does this once have automatic start? No it doesn’t” she went on to then insult my intelligence by saying She can’t speak for my memeory but we talked about the car missing features before I bought it. And it’s not her fault I can’t remember. I didn’t rate this experience before because ended up calling the gm and he assisted me with the cruise control but not the automatic start. More
