Long history of ugly customer relations . In 99 I bought a new ZR-2 and got good service as they sold the vehicle to me. That being said in 2004 they didn't have what I needed so I had to buy In 99 I bought a new ZR-2 and got good service as they sold the vehicle to me. That being said in 2004 they didn't have what I needed so I had to buy a HD elsewhere in SLC . They refused to fix all issues with my vehicle except the typical 6 month cluster guage replacements. My truck has misfired since new, and side mirror on one side won't extend. All covered under factory warrantee but camp. Lithia refused to do the repairs. I should have known this as I worked their as a mechanic in 84 and quit because I disagreed with the shop ripping off old ladies (customer pay) 350.00 to replace a u-joint it took 30 minuits to do. Parts were around 15.00. This year I purchased a injector system for a Jimmy 300 plus 100 core. It was defective and leaked fuel into the engine. 9 days later I took back the injector GM claimed 12 month 12k mile warrentee on new dealer parts. They tried to tell me it wasn't the one I bought and had lots of miles on it. It never left the driveway after instalation and ran >5 minuits. They refused to take the part back and refused to do GM warrentee. I'd stay clear of these crooked people at all costs. If they will rip of a shop or mechanic you know as a customer what's I store for you! More

I had just started a new job out towards Cheney, got in an auto accident and now had no car, new job, and no money or credit. I was totally freaked out and the customer from xxxx!! But the guys at Camp were wonderful!! They put up with my fits, calmed me down and spent 3 days working with me and the banks to get me in a car. They all deserve a great big thank you!! More

I've heard dealerships have been known to wait the maximum 45 days to submit the sale to the state while they pad their petty cash fund. I truly hope Camp Chevrolet is not holding my money. It should not take 6 weeks to receive registration from the state. Unhappy Buyer! More

Great I went into camp one day to just look around, and met Al Thomas, I was interested in a Chevy Cruze, but wasn't sure. He gave me his card and I decided that car wasn't for me, so I called Al and told him I didn't think I could afford that car, but said I'd come in to look at something else, I came in and saw a 2012 Mazda 6. After deciding I wanted that car, but I didn't think my credit would be good enough, he was always positive that I'd have that car.I told him it's ok if it doesn't work out, and he kept saying oh it'll work out, and it did. I drove my Mazda 6 home, and couldn't be more happy with the car, all the people I worked with.They gave me a good price for the car and gave me a great price for my trade in. I'd recommend them to anyone. NICE PEOPLE. Thanks a lot I appreciate everything. More

So we have been looking for a Suburban to replace ours that is about to roll to 200,000 miles. We stopped by Camp Chevrolet yesterday and they had (as the salesman said) got a 2008 in a trade in. The pr that is about to roll to 200,000 miles. We stopped by Camp Chevrolet yesterday and they had (as the salesman said) got a 2008 in a trade in. The price was good, matching with a few I had found online. We left the lot, needed to pray about it and my wife? and I both said lets do it. So I called the salesman back (Jupiter is his name) and asked him the price again and told him after church we would be in to take it for a test drive. So we get there after church and Jupiter was busy so another salesman lets us take the car for a ride. We get back to the office sit down and start giving out information to them. There is no sticker in the window of the car and isn't on the web site, so he asks us how much we were quoted and I tell him and he goes off to run the numbers. He comes back with a price of $4,000 more than the original salesman had told us (TWICE). So we asked to talk to the manager and he came out to talk to us, my wife started to tell him the story and he cut her off and so she said "would you please be quiet and let me finish" and he said don't treat me like a child. The story goes on they get another manager involved and come back with their best price they can do $2,500 more than we were original quoted. I even talked to the original salesman and he said someone told him it was the original price he had told me. Anyone can make an honest mistake, but wow. What a terrible experience, the price they ended up with was actually still a good price. The salesman made one really bad comment and we left, "you would pay more some place else just for the integrity!!!!!!! My wife and I talked and if they would have honored the original price we would have given them the price they wanted. Before I left I told the salesman that if they had integrity I would have paid what they wanted. People around Spokane I would run away from these guys. Pass this along to anyone you know that is buying a car. More
