Our experience with Camp Chevrolet could not have been better! From our first contact to the delivery of our new car. Our salesperson, Toni Cornell, was simply outstanding! It took 2 months for our corvette to be built, shipped and delivered and during that time Toni updated us regularly with phone calls and videos of the process and took the utmost care with everything. She didn't miss a thing! And during this time we got to know her, we discovered that not only is she truly a professional in her business, someone we could trust explicitly, she is one of the kindest, thoughtful and caring individuals we've ever met. How fortunate we were to find Toni and going forward, we are looking forward to our new found friendship! I purchased a vehicle for the second time at camp chev in spokane. The first time we bought a 3/4 ton Silverado. Everything went very smooth. The second time the salesman was not very motivated. He moved very slow, & had to walk back to the office to get keys several times. Even though i told him ahead of time i wanted to look at 3 specific cars. We were there for OVER 4 hours. The financial mgr went thru the paperwork fast. I thought i understood what warranty & protection plan i was buying & the price for it but, i did not. Because of the way he presented it. When all the paperwork was signed & completed, the financial mgr said call me anytime if you have any questions. Then they washed my car & that is when i saw all the scratches. The car was so dirty i didn't see how bad it was. So i have called everyday, left several messages with the financial mgr & no call back. I do have questions. They don't care about you once the paperwork is signed. Apparently they will ignore you! Things have changed at camp chevrolet, and not for the good of the buyer! More

This place deserves 10 stars. I bought a Ford Ranger at a competitors dealership about 2 months ago and I wasn’t digging the size. Saw a beautiful Chevy Silverado at Camp online I bought a Ford Ranger at a competitors dealership about 2 months ago and I wasn’t digging the size. Saw a beautiful Chevy Silverado at Camp online and decided to go in(not intending to buy btw), just to see what my options were and to look at it in person. Approximately 2 hours later I ecstatically left with that Silverado at reasonable terms, all things considered. My salesperson didn’t do that goofy “4 square” tactic either btw, which was a huge reason I stuck around tbh. Heres the best part: Everyone there was shockingly friendly in an authentic, non-cliché “car salesman” way, and they even politely endured the 20+ minute nuclear tantrum my nap-deprived 3 year old daughter threw in the finance office at the end(thanks again Jerad!) Christina(the salesperson), understood the handful my little one had become so she swooped in and helped with the car seat transfer as well as so many other things that I don’t have room to mention here. My kid was in meltdown mode and had had enough and everyone at Camp who was subjected to her inconsolable “toddler terrorism” dealt with it with an abundance of grace and patience. I do not recommend bringing a hungry and tired 3 year old to buy a 50k truck, but if you find yourself in that situation at Camp, rest assured that they will weather the storm along with you and do everything they can to get you through the process quickly, respectfully, and most importantly honestly.
