I have had vehicles serviced at other places in Spokane, and Camp has the best professional service people of them all. I needed to have a car serviced and the earliest I could get an appointment at anothe and Camp has the best professional service people of them all. I needed to have a car serviced and the earliest I could get an appointment at another dealership was two weeks away. I called Camp where my other vehicles are serviced and obtained an appointment in two days. I am really impressed with their service, professionalism, and courtesy. I am always treated with respect and kept informed on the status of the service taking place. From one who has gone to other dealerships, I would strongly recommend Camp to anyone who needs service on their vehicle/s. Had an oil change, Trenton was the one who wrote up the paper work for the service he was very polite, has a gentle demeanor. I had a minor problem when I bought the car and sent an email to both the salesman and the manager and neither one of them responded, I know the manager read it because I got a return receipt. The service department (a year ago) very nicely told me I was paranoid about what I perceived to be the problem (turned out I was correct). But I was told it’s under new management and I see a world of difference. More

Terrible service department. I waited over 45 minutes to get the keys to my car, after the phone call that my car was ready for pickup. This happens to be the worst dealership I have ever been to. Zedidiah Zilar is a worthless when trying to talk with him in person and he doesn't respond by phone, AT ALL!!!! This guy, what a joke! I asked him over the phone to take off the extras that raised my payment. he said ok look for it in your email and sign. I looked for 2 weeks, nothing. I went in and saw him personally and he pretended he didnt know what I was talking about. I am STILL waiting for this paper to get to my lender so that my payment will go to what it is supposed to be. I bought my car 2 months ago!!!!! These people are pathetic! They should be politicians. Bought a used truck from them the beginning of the year. The transmission broke the very next day. Told them what happened. They pretty much said sorry about your luck. Normal buying experience; until 3 months later. I bought a vehicle and traded in my old vehicle. I received an impound notice that my old vehicle was still under my name and had been impounded. They wouldn't speak to me in person. Called twice no answer. Finally talked to a person over speaker phone, from the front lobby. Emailed GM & General Sales Manager. After 4 days, still no reply. So beware! Report sale of old car, because unlike any other car dealership, they won't do it and you might get a surprise like me. I will never go back and will tell everyone not to buy here. More

We did the leg work with the bank for the loan so we could drive into the lot and pick up our new truck. Was told everything was a go. We pulled into the lot as the truck we were purchasing drove off the lot with another purchaser. There is no communication between salesmen! The only answers we could get were “I don’t know what to tell you, there is nothing I can do” We were not offered any other vehicles, just a bunch of shoulder shrugs. This car lot is a joke and I would not recommend them. More
