Got me the car I wanted, for the price I wanted. After first going to the dealer just to get a brochure, and being offered a test drive which I didn't immediately take, I went online with the brochur After first going to the dealer just to get a brochure, and being offered a test drive which I didn't immediately take, I went online with the brochure and put together the actual car I wanted, trim level, colors, etc. It took a week but they tracked one down (only one in the State) and traded for it, had it here the day after I went in and signed up for it. They were very helpful and even took my suggestion for what the 'Costco' price should be, since they are a Costco dealer but hadn't agreed with Costco on the price. More

I can honestly say that I wasn't expecting much from this dealership when I first contacted them because all I was looking for was a simple answer to a single question. However, regardless of how far away they are from my residence in the city of Renton, Campbell Nelson had exactly what I was looking for with staff that was beyond helpful. John initially piqued my interest with the car I was first interested in, telling me to stop by whenever it was convenient for me so the next day I braved the 20+ mile commute in my old and rickety jeep. To my misfortune, my car broke down just a few blocks from the dealership but with a single call to John he was on his way to pick me from where I was stranded in the rain. He is a gentleman and makes me wonder if the rumors about sleazy salesmen are nothing more than a myth since he quickly hooked me up with my brand new Versa and even offered a good deal to take in my broken down car. More

Last Saturday I made the decission to go electric !!! Being a Volkswagen enthusiast for many years dealing with Campbell Nelson VW / Nissan was the obvious choice for me. upon arrival I was greeted by Jon Taschner a very knowledgeable representative who explained the potential cost savings and benefits of the Leaf, walked me through the impressive inventory and took me for a test drive in my chosen car. Armed with this new information of the electric experience, cost of ownership and return on investment, I made my decision, Get a Leaf !!! The purchase was painless, fair and equitable trade negotiation, financing options were awesome there was no reason not to make the purchase. Choosing to get the windows tinted they loaned me Leaf out of the inventory until it was complete, I can't say enough about the overall experience friendly, courteous and kind, Campbell Nelson Nissan rates 5 stars in my book !!! My wife and I met John Kelch when I went to Campbell-Nelson with my mother-in-law to pick up a new Nissan for her. Anyway, we liked my mother-in-law's car so much that I decided to contact John a few days later to reserve one for us. I've purchased many cars over my life and this was the easiest, most painless transaction I've had. We completed the application online and emailed the other paperwork he needed, didn't need to go in at all. John got back to us the same day and scheduled an appointment for us to come in. We arrived at the dealership at our scheduled time to find John waiting for us and ready to go. It took 15 minutes to complete the paperwork with John and while Cecil prepared the paperwork for us to sign he took us outside to show us all the features on the car. John even synched our cell phones to the car for us. We went back inside and sat down with Cecil to go over the documents. Every aspect of the deal was explained to us...absolutely no surprises and no games!. In the end we left with our new car and lots of kudos for John and Cecil. More
