Outstanding Customer Service I was traveling from out of state with rental car. The taillight was damaged and I hoped to replace it prior to returning home (in 3 days). He was understanding of what I needed ( I had gotten incorrect information earlier in the day from another dealership) and clearly very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The part was out of stock and none in the state. Howver, he was able to find the part I needed (no small task) and had it mailed via FedEx to help us out give our limited time. The next day when we came to have it put in...James at the service counter even checked to see if he could replace it for me. Both went out of there way to make this experience as painless as possible for me both in terms of time and expense. I was so impressed with their kindness and professionalism. I don't live in the state and yet they bent over backwords in an effort to assist me. It really meant a great deal to me. I thank you both for the great service you provided me. The one thing that I was NOT looking f I had been looking forward to buying a GTR for about a year now. I just could not wait to get behind the wheel. The one thing that I was NOT looking forward to was the "typical" dealership experience. I got in touch with John Kelch, and all I can say is wow! Red carpet treatment from the first moment I stepped into the dealership. Once a deal was struck I headed to see Cecil Tyler in finance. Dealing with the finance agent is typically the low point of any dealership purchase, at least for me. Cecil on the other hand was quite friendly and professional. The next time I'm in the market for a new Nissan I will definately be returning to Campbell Nelson Nissan. More

John Kelch is the man! We called the dealership after seeing an advertisement for a very reasonably priced Altima on the web. I asked for internet sales and left John a voice mail. He called me back a few minutes later and we discussed the car. It was scheduled to go to auction, which John cancelled so we could come in to test drive. As it turns out, the car was fantastic, but we didn't really like the interior color. We decided to lease a 2014 Altima 2.5SL, in Cayenne Red with all the options. We were so pleased with the service that we added window tinting and the Allstate Northwest Protection Package, both option types we have never chosen in the past. The dealership was spotless with good vehicle selection and they were really straight with us on pricing. They had the exact car my wife wanted and we closed the deal in less than two hours. It was the most courteous dealership I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We've purchased new or close to new vehicles from Hyundai and Chrysler/Dodge dealerships in the recent past and the difference was huge. There was zero negotiation required. They had the right car at the right price and John made sure we got the right financing to close the deal quickly and without any drama. I can't say all new vehicles we buy in the future will be Nissan, but I can guarantee we will give Cambell and John the first opportunity to win our ongoing business. More
