My wife and I just happened upon Campbell Nelson Nissan at the end of the day after checking out several makes and models over the weekend. Although it was near closing time at the dealer and there was no time for a test drive. Matty took time to show us the car we were interested in and answer all of our questions. He was very knowledgable about all the features and options available. He knew we were just looking and had not made any decisions yet, and showed total respect with no pressure or expectation to buy on the spot. The next day I went for a test drive and Matty had the car ready to go. I told him I had a certain budget to work with and with no hassles or haggling he made it happen. Matty was my first point of contact walking into the Nissan Dealership. This was mighty good luck for me, because he led me down the path to getting my dream car, at an amazing price, even getting me a Nissan Dealership. Nissan provides VIP service, beginning with Matty Clough. Matty spent time with me, learning my needs and hopes for the perfect car. He learned I was handicapped and needed a car with exceptional seating. He learned I had a child which means I needed safety and room. We "found" the car to best fit my needs (Pathfinder), but I couldn't quite afford it. I went home some what defeated, but got a call from Matty within a few hours of leaving the store. He had found the exact car I wanted at a price I could afford. I couldn't believe my luck in finding Matty as my dealer. He took the time to assess my needs, find the right car at the right price, and even after the papers were signed, he made sure I was happy with every detail. Roy was extremely helpful in getting me the right vehicle with a clean history. I bought a used Honda Civic. It runs great! I got a second opinion from friends who drove it and suggested it was a good purchase. Overall I am very pleased with the experience and would recommend Roy to all of my contacts. The best part that I found out later was - Roy sold a Nissan some time back to my Boss who also recommended him! More

Dealership was clean and very well laid out. John was incredibly friendly and had incredible knowledge on the 2014 Nissan Versa Note that we test drove. He was able to answer any and all of our questions during the test drive. As a result, that ended up being the car we bought. Purchase process was very painless and no one was pushy on the "extras". Time from test drive to driving away with the Versa was about a little over an hour. While we were waiting for the paperwork to be processed John took the time to show my wife and I the service center so we were familiar with it's setup when the time came for the first maintenance appointment. Overall this was a great experience and I'll be using Campbell Nelson for service on my Versa going forward. More

I purchased a one year old Nissan Maxima from John O'Brien a year ago and am very pleased with the price and quality of the car. The purchasing experience was fantastic mostly because I hate getting the run around and a car purchase taking forever. That certainly did not happen this time which will bring me back to Campbell Nelson next time I am ready for a new vehicle. Also, John has continued to help me with little questions I have on the car, making sure I get in for service needed and helping me make it as quick and easy as possible to get in and out of the dealership. We have always bought our cars from the same dealer ship and never thought we would need to look else where.....but after two kids and two dogs, we finally had to come to terms with giving up the well loved and never thought we would need to look else where.....but after two kids and two dogs, we finally had to come to terms with giving up the well loved Subaru and up grade to something bigger. This was something my husband and I were NOT looking forward to... especially knowing that we would have to go to a another dealer ship AND have to deal with a new salesman. So... we did our research, came up with a game plan and began the dreaded process. I emailed Campbell Nelson and in less than three sentences told them what were looking for and the asking trade in value of our current car. John Kelch called me first thing the next day, we told him what we wanted and what we were willing to pay, and he said "when every your ready you come in and see me and we will see what we can do". AND let me tell you..John did just that and BETTER!!!!....He was able to make our payments lower than what we were willing to pay AND got us a better trade in value... I KNOW!!!!!!! No fuss No muss..were there for two hours (and most of that was just the bank stuff) and we walked out with a bigger, newer and better car. I would HIGHLY recommend Campbell Nelson and John (but I am sure everyone else is just as awesome!). GO SEE HIM!!!!! More
