Very pleasant experience. I really hate being greeted by a salesman (really mobbed is more the word at some places we stopped) when I get out of my car at a dealership. At Campbell Nissan I got out, walked a salesman (really mobbed is more the word at some places we stopped) when I get out of my car at a dealership. At Campbell Nissan I got out, walked in unbothered, and started browsing the new cars on the sales floor. While I wanted to see the various Nissan models, I really went to look at the Nissan Leaf. After a few minutes a salesman asked if we he could answer any questions. From there we learned about the models and features, test drove, and before long I was convinced the Leaf was the right choice. We talked price and financing, picked the car from ones on the lot, and closed the deal. Drove home a couple of hours later! No pressure, no fuss, no hard sell tactics...just friendly people that want to sell cars. Go figure! More

We had a great experience with John at Campbell Nelson. I had planned on buying a used 2008-2011 Altima to replace my 2002 Altima that I had given to my daughter. I test drove almost every used Alitma in the city and could not find the right features in the 4 or 5 year old models. John looked for several weeks for me and called to say he found a car that fit most of my criteria. Sadly there were a couple of things that I was not comfortable with. After looking at several other models that were out of my price range (which he kindly reminded me of each time) we went in the office to look at some options. He brought up the fact that the new Altimas with a particular package had exactly what I was looking for. He spent a fair amount of time explaining financing options and gave us a fair trade in value on my Acura. The lease was the best and we were very happy with how much time and effort he put into getting it just right! He is kind, friendly, helpful and had a lot of integrity and pride in his job.
