When I decided where I was comfortable, he made the deal and helped me get through the paperwork, including signing up for an in-home charging station. Since the car was a surprise birthday present for my wife, the dealership agreed we could switch for a different color if she didn't like the one I picked, but she did! They let me keep the car on the lot for a couple days, gave it to me fully charged and even let me borrow one of the big christmas bows. Taz showed me all the features on the car which are quite different than anything I've had before. He explained how everything worked on the vehicle and shared some strategies to maximize range. He even offered to give the same intro to my wife. I'm not a big fan of car buying, but this was a relatively painless and pleasant experience. More

John Kelch is one of those rare people that after 5 minutes you feel like you've known him forever. He never made us feel rushed, he took his time to answer all our questions. I was totally apprehensive about the sales experience and asked all my guy friends for advice and they educated me the best they could but ultimately, when it came to negotiations it was up to me alone. John Kelch put me at ease. I came back I think 3 different times driving cars after going to other Honda, Kia and Ford dealers and I felt uncomfortable in the experience PLUS I didn't like their cars in terms of noise, comfort and price. John convinced me to consider the Sentra which was above my price range for a Nissan Versa but he gave me such good financing and service, I had to take it. I've had my car for a year now and I don't regret a moment. John's personality and honesty just set me at ease and I'd recommend him anytime. Additionally, I had a Nissan Sentra when I had my daughter 20 years ago and put 214k miles on it. So here I am with another blue Sentra! More

I wanted to start to gather information and would likely make my decision in about 60 days. During my subsequent visits John never pressured me to make a decision but did keep me up to date with any promotions that were available or new ones coming out, which was very important to my final decisions as to when to buy. We discussed at length my financial situation and with complete confidence John looked at every available option. In the end the financing actually came in with a lower interest rate than anticipated, which is always a pleasant surprise. I have taken my vehicle in a few times for servicing and the service department has been as professional as any I have ever encountered. I will continue to get all my routine servicing performed there even though the location is not the most convenient for me.
