Very long story short, we had been looking to buy a car for a few weeks. We would get to the dealerships and the car we saw online, ended up being in bad shape or the salesmen were high pressure snakes. We live nearly 70 miles away from Campbell Nissan but we saw a Nissan we really liked. I called the dealer and spoke to David. I filled him in on my previous experience and he said "I will go outside and take photos of the car for you, and send them to you". He did just that. He pointed out the couple flaws the car had and did NOT pressure me to come up and look at it; we was being an honest salesman (hard to find nowadays) . Needless to say, I still wanted to see it. When we arrived, David was in a meeting so John took over. Once again, he allowed me time to look the car over, without hovering over me and making me feel pressured. The car was a certified pre-owned, which was a big deal to me. That was it, I wanted it. Within an hour, I had the keys to our beautiful car, with NO PRESSURE and top notch customer service; even from the service department! I have owned over 10 cars and this was the best experience I’ve ever had. There were a couple very minor issues after the purchase. When I contacted David and John about it, not only did they take care of it right away, but they apologized and made it right tenfold. (We are talking about me being picky, nothing they did wrong at all!). I couldn’t ask for better salesmen. If they moved their dealership another 70 miles away from my house, I would still drive up there and work with Campbell Nelson, David and John all over again. Thanks guys!!! More

There was no pressure to pick a particular one. The Pathfinder's features and price ended up being the obvious choice. Once that was decided, the loan application process and paperwork went smoothly. Larry's laid back, knowledgeable, and matter-of-fact style was what an Engineer like myself preferred. More

We decided we wanted a Nissan Juke but were concerned we wouldnt be able to finance with the negative equity we had in both of our vehicles (we were trading in 2 for 1). We went in the next day, fell in LOVE with the Juke....had to buy it. Ray was amazing. Not only is he friendly, funny, and personable....he is also a great salesman. After the sale he even gave us a mini tutorial on the car, went through all the buttons and gadgets to ensure we knew what everything did...even helped us pair our phones tot he bluetooth system.
