I went to Campbell Nelson to look at a car I had seen advertised via Craig's List. It was a low mileage car and there was a lot of interest in it. I have purchased many cars over the years and I will honestly say this was the easiest and quickest transaction that I have ever experienced. There was just enough time allowed for us to look over the car before a salesperson came out and once Larry did come out there was never a feeling of pressure. He was ready to answer all the questions we had about the car as well as the financing. The "negotiating" was smooth and not time consuming and off to do the paperwork which was just as smooth. The explanation of the warranty and such was very easy to follow along. Overall it was a very good experience and we highly recommend Campbell/Nelson and if ever in teh need for another car, this is the place we will definitly start at. I first came to CN because my car needed work. In the process I talked to Greg about looking at used cars. Greg is in sales so he tried to sell me...but not in a pressured way. After all was said and done with my car I realized it would be better to sell it and buy another car. I shopped around and got serious with 4 different dealerships (all big name dealers). At each of the dealers I was treated more like a mark than a person. I went back to Greg and was happy the whole way. Again he is in sales he tried to sell me, but thats his job, the difference is that he treated me well and like a person the whole time. Love the care and and extremely happy with my time at CN.
