The first time I stopped by to test drive, I told Kat right up front that I wasn't looking to buy that day, and she respected my position from the get-go. I never felt pressured, and the ultimate price negotiation process went smoothly. Also, I just received a hand-written thank-you note from one of the dealership owners. The personal touch was nice. Campbell Nelson is a great establishment; I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a Nissan. More

They help me to detect small problems early and give me the fair assessment whether I need to fix it immediately. Service is great - online appointment, phone and email reminders, friendly staff - not only Lee Sutcliffe who handled my most recent service appointment, but also other people I worked in the past few years. After the moved few miles south few years ago, their location is not really convenient to me - but I always go back every time. They keep my old car alive so I don't need a new one anytime soon :) But when I need one, I certainly will give Campbell Nelson my first shot. More

He recommended Larry to us and we are so happy with the result. Larry was calm, supportive, knowledgable and did not pressure us to make a decision either way. Never did it feel like the dealer was trying to get one over on us, they want repeat customers and it shows through their professionalism and service. Our overall experience on the Nissan side was relaxing and we were treated well by everyone. Cecil with financing took great care of us too and made sure we had the best financing possible. We chose to buy a 2007 Nissan Murano which is loaded, and we are thrilled with the car and the service at Campbell Nelson Nissan. Thanks for a great experience!
