Campbell Nelson is unlike any other auto dealer in the business. It's almost like visiting family whenever you walk into their dealership or service department. The service team treats you with respect business. It's almost like visiting family whenever you walk into their dealership or service department. The service team treats you with respect and professionalism and always explains what they are doing and what they found. When I need a loaner it's never a problem but even better is the service waiting area. I plug in my laptop and cell phone and get to work just like I was in my own office only it's more productive because there aren't any interruptions. I have purchased 4 cars from Campbell Nelson and have brought in 1 family member and 2 neighbors and all have had the same experience. Great service and friendly staff without all the sales runaround you experience everywhere else. I will never buy another car anywhere else. More

They help me to detect small problems early and give me the fair assessment whether I need to fix it immediately. Service is great - online appointment, phone and email reminders, friendly staff - not only Lee Sutcliffe who handled my most recent service appointment, but also other people I worked in the past few years. After the moved few miles south few years ago, their location is not really convenient to me - but I always go back every time. They keep my old car alive so I don't need a new one anytime soon :) But when I need one, I certainly will give Campbell Nelson my first shot. More
