"Comfortable experience "

Our customer service representatives were wonderful, very informative, and answered all questions. Non pushy, and wanted to help us fit the unit to our needs. Didn't try to steer us to a more expensive unit. Over all great experience, from the greeter desk ,Jason Wright our salesman, our walk thru guide, to parts and service.

"Shotty workmanship"

So brought in for warranty work for leak when running shower, trim coming off doorway, caulking issues, insulation coming out from edge of underbelly in the rear, leaking in kitchen sink. Took 2 weeks -trim not fixed on order, couldn't find leak in shower, covered insulation with tape, fixed kitchen, cut under belly to find leak repaired cut with tape, . Had to pick up trailer and come back when parts in in about week- they said no room too store it while waiting. I had to call and find out on progress then they said come get it. No one in customer service to help-on lunch break, then couldn't find keys, trial and error until the did. After paid 75 cause couldn't find leak, hooked up, heard noise inside - all lights, heater, water running with drain plug in, water pump going. If hadn't checked would have floozed me out. Very poor customer service and they don't care.

"Okay I need to let you know I own a service company and..."

Okay I need to let you know I own a service company and over the years I've learned what it takes to deliver good or even adequate service. One way is to return phone calls. The other is to keep the client informed of what's going on. Another way is to stand by your word. I dropped my new trailer off for warranty work in the first week of July. I was told the repairs would take no more than 2 or 3 weeks and definitely no more than 4. I had to call after not hearing from them after 2 weeks. I continued to call just to see what the heck was going on. This went on for a full month. By week 4 I had to take my trailer because we were leaving on a trip. I picked it up in early August, nothing had been done. I was told they would call when they had things figured out so they could make all the repairs. Well it's September 6th now. I left a message yesterday and still have heard nothing. So now we are in the third month and my trailer is still broken. How in the Heck does this company stay in business I wonder. The only reason I have put up with their poor service for so long is it's warranty work and they are the only semi-local service provider for our trailer. If I actually had to pay for this awful service I would have found another repair shop over 2 months ago. This is by far the worst service I have ever experience. Please save your money and your sanity and stay away from this horrid place. PS don't buy a RV from them either.
