So Happy with My Honda! I met Ashley when I went into Rockingham Honda with my mother-in-law when she was buying her CR-V back in the spring and she made an instant impressio I met Ashley when I went into Rockingham Honda with my mother-in-law when she was buying her CR-V back in the spring and she made an instant impression! My mother-in-law liked her car and experience with Ashley so much that just a few months later, my husband and I went BACK to Rockingham so he could buy his very own CR-V from Ashley. Now it's November and I just picked up my Honda HR-V yesterday from - yep, you guessed it - Ashley! Ashley is just so personable and professional - she completely puts you at ease and really makes the car buying process everything it should be (simple and stress-free)! She also went out of her way during delivery of my new car to show me all the bells and whistles. I truly appreciated her spending this extra time with me so that I could get comfortable behind the wheel. Garrett, in finance, is great too! I'm not sure how he handles all that paperwork, but fortunately for me, he knows EXACTLY what he's doing so I don't have to! He was very polite and I was glad he was working when I went in since both my mother-in-law and husband also dealt with him for financing. I'm (obviously) a BIG fan of Rockingham Honda and I'm sure the rest of the team is just as wonderful as Ashley and Garrett! More

Purchased a new vehicle I purchased a 2016 Honda HR-V because of the excellent experience I had last year purchasing a Civic from Ashley. I liked this vehicle and received excellent service on this vehicle and my CR-V at Rockingham's new facility in Salem, NH. I received a letter from them concerning the possible trade in of my Civic. This was the perfect time to explore the purchase of this new model. The price they quoted for the trade in was excellent, so I went forward with the purchase of the HR-V. This time Zachary Johnson was the sales person who assisted me in the trade in and purchase of the vehicle. He did an excellent job navigating me through this process, always with customer service in mind. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in assisting me. The sales team also consisted of Garrett Neville, Jeff Mann, and John the General Manager. So, at Rockingham there is a "sales team" that the customer has working for them. The purchase of this new HR-V was a good decision on my part. We love this vehicle. It has great visibility. The rear camera is excellent. I like the way it handles on the highway and on city streets. We have plenty of room for my wife, the Bullmastiff and myself. I would not hesitate to take my grandchildren in the vehicle because of the safety rating. All in All a Win-Win!! More
