The staff as a whole was very laid-back and friendly which is a nice change from the aggressive and pushy style I've grown used to over the years from other dealerships. Louis Martinez is hands-down the best Salesman I could have asked for. His personality is right on board with mine and his knowledge and insights regarding cars made the whole car buying process much less stressful all around. There were a few lengthy waits while paperwork was being finalized but he never left our side or made us feel like we were just another "deal". Garrett Neville was just as enjoyable to work with as Louis. He explained everything in great detail and made sure all my questions were answered. He never tried to rush me out just to get another person in the room. Both gentlemen went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car at the right price and I couldn't be happier.
