Not what I expected I was trying to decide between a new or used car. I was passed off to 3 sales agents during my visit and when I asked for my keys back for my car, I I was trying to decide between a new or used car. I was passed off to 3 sales agents during my visit and when I asked for my keys back for my car, I was finally handed a quote for both cars - full invoice price during a "big sale event". I left. The first sales person sent an email to me 4 days later to apologize. I responded and was given another offer. I replied with a counter offer and never heard back. I called and asked to speak to a manager and was put through to Sean. I explained the situation and gave my offer. Sean told me he would check things out and get back to me. A week later I have had no response. I have talked to a few other people who have had similar experiences at this dealership. I will be purchasing my car elsewhere. More
