Good, Could Be Better Honda corporate does not publish service schedules. They recommend that you change the oil based upon when the engine computer calculates you have 15- Honda corporate does not publish service schedules. They recommend that you change the oil based upon when the engine computer calculates you have 15-20% of oil life left. For 2015s with synthetic oil this coul be up to 8,000 miles, as it was for me. This dealership (and I have spoken to the service manager and two service advisors) recommends an oil change at 5,000 miles. This is totally unnecessary and it seems like they are just trying to milk extra oil changes out of their customers. All that being said they are friendly, knowledgeable (oil change interval notwithstanding), fast, and otherwise competent. More

She really tried to get us the car and payments we were looking for. She asked her manager, Jack, to help us out with the price a bit more. We were unable to get it exactly where we wanted, but we were able to come to an agreement. Steve was extremely friendly and made the long financing process easier. He explained the different options available to us and was very knowledgeable about why we should get them. Great experience, I am sure I will love my new CR-V. More
