New premises great service Sergei my service assistant was great he and a smile on his face at 730am and then again at 430pm when I picked up my car. He was great to work with on the phone and the service was quick and painless. The only negative I have is for a new property the interior waiting area could have been cleaner there was dust underneath the chairs and papers on the floor which were obviously from the day before as I was there 730 in the morning. Outstanding Service! I have purchased over six Hondas from Rockingham Honda and it's because of the service after the sale and the service that I recieved today. I was greeted by a very polite and friendly service advisor (Jackie) and after she inputted the service ticket she showed be the new showroom along with all of the rooms such as the bathrooms,etc. You could see from her face that she was proud to be working at the new Rockingham showroom and loves customer service! Then I met the Service Manager (Debbie) who is the best! She made sure that my car was serviced properly and she noticed me sitting there for a short period and still offered to drive me home! That's service! This is why we bring all of our Hondas Back as I know that I always will get the VIP service from Debbie and her team! Thanks again Debbie and Jackie! Bruce T More

Maintainance code B15 My Honda is an 08 Pilot which I purchased used in 2010 from a different dealer and wanted to give Rockingham Honda a try as it's closer to home. I'm g My Honda is an 08 Pilot which I purchased used in 2010 from a different dealer and wanted to give Rockingham Honda a try as it's closer to home. I'm glad I did. Code B15 includes radiator fluid flush. Mechanic noticed radiator leak. Radiator was replaced and is functioning properly. Total service plus a rental.for the day came to $760. Not cheap but the work is warranted for 12 months and it's a genuine Honda part. This car perhaps is the BEST car I have ever owned and want to keep it that way for as long as possible hopefully with the help from the Mechanic, Dana at Rockingham Honda. Thank you Dana ! Great Service and very Friendly! I had been to several other dealerships (both a Honda and a Toyota) before visiting Rockingham. This was my first time bbuying a car and at the other I had been to several other dealerships (both a Honda and a Toyota) before visiting Rockingham. This was my first time bbuying a car and at the other dealerships I felt pressured and uncomfortable. At Rockingham everyone was friendly and answered all my questions. There was no high pressure to buy anything and they even honored an Edmunds.com price promise. I live in Massachusetts, so an RMV-1 has to be signed by insurance in order to get registration. When I called my insurance agency the next morning to set this up, the dealership had already stopped by their office and picked up all of my forms to go to the registry! I have been recommending this place to all of my friends! More

A gentleman named Hank Zannini welcomed me with a smile as I walked in and what happened next all within under 2 hours was amazing !!! Tom Wright did all my paperwork effortlessly and with a genuine nature made me feel at ease. Hank however ran around getting my car ready, of course I wanted rain guards put on, he had the car cleaned, prepped and guards put on., temp plate on, old plates taken off trade in. Hank was all but on roller skates for me. He went above and beyond any customer service I've experienced. I left Rockingham Honda feeling like I just had a magical experience. Hank without a doubt made me a Honda lover but also revived my sense in humanity.. What an asset Honda has with Hank in the room.. Go to Rockingham Honda and ask for Hank !!! More
Esteban Rodriguez was great. Closing process poor. Esteban was professional, and kind throughout the process. Had an Had appt. at 3:30 to close a cash deal. Waited until 4:45. Bus. Mgr. was seeing customers that did nit have appt. While wait and waiting I noticed that my new vehicle did not have the accessories agreed upon and something that was not agreed upon. Finally Terry Wong, Bus. Mgr. from Toyota came over to close the deal. He was very good, fast, and professional. Who ever is responsible for having an eye for detail failed badly. While driving away after the unnecessary long process I noticed that the gas tank was not full. I did not return since I could not afford another hour wait; Accessories were installed 1 week later. Thanks again to Esteban and Terry for their job well done. More
Perfect, from start to finish My mother started looking for a CR-V a few months ago, and we ended up at Rockingham. They gave us a more than fair price, great number on the trade, and were great as far as financing goes. As great as the numbers were, the overall service was the best part. From start to finish, my mother and I never felt slighted, or questioned what we were being told. Ashley was our sales person, and she was friendly and knowledgeable. She was patient with my mother while she was selecting her vehicle, and we never felt rushed. Jack was the manager on duty, and he was there for support or any questions, but not constantly looking over our shoulder. To finish it off, Garrett in finance was polite, friendly, and worked hard to get her a great deal. I used to work in the car business, so I think I appreciated it even more than my mother. From jump, it was an A+ experience. More
