Tire replacement Came in on a thursday for a tire replacement, after an hr I was told tire not in stock, will be in the following day. Fast foward 1 hr I get a phone call saying tire coming from louisiana and assured me it would be here Sat. I explained I drive 75miles roundtrip to work daily, often with a 3yo in carseat and wasn't too comfortable driving with donut that long. Saturday comes with No phone call, I call them @ 215 just to be told again it was coming from LA and it would now be hereTuesday. By now I'm already furious. Tuesday comes and would u believe it? NO TIRE, was told it was shipped today and would be here Friday. So obviously I was led down a long road of lies for almost a week. On wednesday (now 7 days after first coming in) I called and asked if they could take tire of new accord in lot and replace that one on Friday. After 10minutes on hold I got a less than enthused yes. I came down and waited another 75minutes and the tire was put on. No explanation, No apology!. So if u don't care, I don't care. I will never come to that service center again and if not for Ashley and Terry everyone else I came across was rude. When my car comes time to trade I will call and ask for Ashley and if she no longer works there my experience with Rockingham Honda will be complete. I've never filled out a complaint in my life and I just bought a house a mile from the business so I was hoping you were a reliable service center, clearly that is not the case. Robert Beaudoin More

Quality--Compassionate Customer Service On Sat June 7, 2014, my Brenna & I went to Rockingham Honda for a state inspection on our 2011 Honda CR-V LX SUV. Upon arrive, we were greeted by the On Sat June 7, 2014, my Brenna & I went to Rockingham Honda for a state inspection on our 2011 Honda CR-V LX SUV. Upon arrive, we were greeted by the Service Department staff, with a friendly smile a and a hello. We explained we were there for our state inspection, and were directed to the waiting area. About 30 minutes later, a Service Advisor came to see us. We were informed that our 2011 Honda CR-V with 23,910 miles on it "FAILED" state inspection, and would of cost over $1,000.00 for repairs including labor and parts. Brenna & I discussed it for a few minutes, and decided to see our Sales Consultant Ryan Spada. After explaining our dilemma to Ryan, he said let me see what we can do to rectify this matter. Ryan asked us to go outside and walk the lot and discuss it with Brenna. So we checked out the lot, and found a 2014 Honda CR-X LX {Mountain Air Blue}, then went to see Ryan. We explained we did NOT want to put any money down, and wanted to lease again. Well Ryan and Terry Wong....Business Manager worked there magic, and we drove out with our new 2014 Honda Cr-V. The service, friendliness of the staff - -managers, and everyone at Rockingham Honda have really my 2 repeat customers 110% happy. We've purchased our 2011 and 2014 Honda CR-V's here at Rockingham Honda, and they are the "BEST" around.
