Satisfied Owner of a Honda CR-Z I entered Rockingham Honda after doing some research online and figuring out what type of payment would fit my budget. Kaleb, the sales person who helped me make my purchase, noticed me on the lot and approached me in a friendly, matter of fact way. We discussed the car briefly and Kaleb helped answer some of the questions that I came up with while doing my research before taking a short test drive. Afterwards we went inside and worked out the financials. I knew that I would be financing and originally thought I would need some time to come up with a larger down payment, but Kaleb and his team were able to put together a payment plan for me which fit my needs. After seeing that the price was right, I decided to move forward with the purchase. I then sat down with Terry to go over all of the warranty and financing information. After choosing the options that best fit my needs and concerns, I was able to leave the lot in my new (to me) 2011 CR-Z EX. Throughout the entire process, Kaleb, Terry and the rest of the team I spoke to at Rockingham Honda were friendly, courteous, and honest. They made sure that I understood all of the details at every step of the process and were very up front about how the estimates would change after submitting my credit app. Since it was late in the day, we weren't able to have the car properly detailed (a complimentary service provided by Rockingham Toyota), so Kaleb helped me schedule an appointment to have it done at a later date for no charge. All told it was a great experience start to finish, and I would definitely recommend Rockingham Honda to anyone who has done their homework and is serious about buying. More
