We had a wonderful experience and everyone we met, Oscar, Dave and Chris were outstanding!! Oscar was great to deal with. He was funny and he knew his stuff when it came to Honda cars. If I were buying another car, I would definitely return to Oscar. I will recommend others to Rockingham Honda and to Oscar. On a separate note, we had our other Honda serviced at Rockingham before we made this purchase. They provide great service, both customer and automotive. Honda Pilot Purchase I recently purchased a Honda Pilot at Rockingham Honda in Salem, NH. Overall, I had a very positive experience with the purchase. I initially did pr I recently purchased a Honda Pilot at Rockingham Honda in Salem, NH. Overall, I had a very positive experience with the purchase. I initially did price shopping on line to determine what the area dealers were selling my Pilot of interest. I interfaced with Robin St. Pierre. She was very pleasant and responsive to my questions. After discussion with her management she was able to give my a price that was best of the area dealers. This led me to visit the Rockingham Honda showroom to discuss further and to take a test drive of the Honda Pilot. My salesman was Regis Glavlin. He was friendly, very laid back and made me comfortable in discussing the vehicle and price. He very knowledgeable of the Pilot and gave a complete walk through of the vehicle as if I was taking delivery prior to my test drive. This was something that was not done at the initial visit when I have purchased previous vehicles. I was impressed. Rockingham was able to quickly locate my vehicle of choice and worked my wife and I to have her take a test drive upon its arrival in Salem. Rockingham Honda was cooperative and let me set the time for the for the closing based on my previously scheduled commitments. The closing went very smoothly with Chris Brannock. Overall, I had a great experience with my purchase at Rockingham Honda. The experience was casual, the employees were easy to work with, there was no pressure to buy, and I was able to control the purchase. I would highly recommend Rockingham Honda. More

I had a trade that I knew would have a balance, I called spoke with Garrett and he did the preliminary legwork to see if I would qualify for the loan to purchase a new fit with approximately the same payment. We did most of the work on the phone and over email (I love that saved so much time in the dealership!!) Went to check the car out and as it was late, we were scheduling a time for me to pick up the car. My husband knew I had a long trip the next day and he asked "what it would take to get her in the car tonight". Although it meant they had to stay late, they never complained - as long as the insurance company could fax a binder they would make it happen.
