We were looking into leasing a new vehicle. After driving a few different makes we decided on a Honda CR-V. He was treated with respect, was never pressured to make a purchase. They made sure he had all of the information he needed so we could make a decision on whether to go with this car. We did lease the vehicle. When we went to pick it up Ryan spent about an hour with us going over the features and the manuals. When Ryan attached the plates he had some paper towels and a bottle of windex to clean any smudges or dirt. He also sat in the car with us to help us pair our phones, explain the nav system, serius radio and so on. My husband and I were fiddling with the radio and Ryan came back to see if we were ok.
