I had gone to Rockingham Honda with the intention of purchasing the CRV I had been leasing. Ryan made it possible for me to lease a brand new CRV for the same amount of money per month that I would have purchasing the CRV I had been leasing. I believe this is our 4th- 5th purchase with Rockingham Honda, and this is our 3rd time working with Ryan Spada and have been very satisfied working with him. Obviously we would not continue to purchase H Honda, and this is our 3rd time working with Ryan Spada and have been very satisfied working with him. Obviously we would not continue to purchase Honda autos if we didn't believe in the Honda name and quality. I didn't rate Honda a five on price because we did not shop around to other dealerships, as I am loyal to Rockingham, and sorry, but it is always tough to think of such a expensive price as "great" no matter where it was purchased. I always think service costs are higher at the dealership, but I have been dealing with this dealership for about 15 years and have been happy with their service and generally trust that they are doing what is best for the car and me, the owner, when recommending services. I don't always trust other establishments that they are doing what is best for me, and not themselves. Is this enough information? We were greeted at the door by Ryan, with a smile. After quickly narrowing down our needs into simpler terms, we were outside discussing models, years and options. My husband and I went into Rockingham Honda to test drive some cars this past long weekend. We worked exclusively with Ryan Spada. I cannot say enough GOOD about Ryan. He was very knowledgable about each car that we test drove and not at all aggravated with us wanting to explore new possibilites (like other sales people have been at other dealerships). We ended up buying the 2013 Honda CRV. The whole experience was AWESOME! Like I said all of my questions were answered and when I went to pick up the car, Ryan sat with me again in the car and yet again went over everything with me. He even synced my phone! I know that anytime in the future, if I have any questions, I can always go back to Ryan and he will help me. Brandy...in the business office was also fantastic to work with! My husband, Aldo, works in Boston and knows quite alot of people. He (my husband) asked Ryan for a stack of business cards to pass out to any potential new car shoppers!
