great experience. Went on a friday night for test drive with my husband and two boys ages 4 and 8. Car was ready and waiting for us. Appraisal was done of trade in during test drive and numbers were give with my husband and two boys ages 4 and 8. Car was ready and waiting for us. It was almost 7 at that point so we left to get dinner and review numbers after learing that Dave would be in the next morning. I went back first thing with my 4 year old and we took care of everything. Very kid friendly experience! Everything took just about 4 hours (with a good hour going over the books and features). Dave told me to come back anytime to review more features. I love the car and am very happy with my decision. More
