Our 2009 CRV was nearing its end, so we shopped a couple of other brands first, and came back to Rockingham, where we leased it originally, to look at the 2012 CRV. We had also previously purchased an Accord from Rockingam, and were very satisfied both times. We love the new CRV. It is an even better and more advanced vehicle than our 2009. Having done some homework on fair pricing, we were dealt with very professionally, without pressure, and we got a great car at a great price with outstanding service from the team at Rockingham. They have it together there. They arranged a time that was convenient for us to pick up the new CRV, and made the entire process a pleasure. There was no ambush as there had been at the other dealerships. When i decided to purchase a month later my wife reminded me that Ryan had stood out as being respectul of my wishes. As such, he was given the right of first refusal for the price point i had negotiated with another dealership. Ryan was able to meet my price point. when there were issues with my Pilots build date being pushed back, Ryan researched where smiliarly equiped vehciles were localy giving me the all the options available. To their credit the "bottom line" price we had agreed upon did not change a penny - (no additional advertising, delivery or documentation fees- they werre all included). After having bought my Honda at another dealer, I was having issues with the car and reached a point of not be happy with the car that I had purchased. I had an ongoing problem with my low pressure tire having issues with the car and reached a point of not be happy with the car that I had purchased. I had an ongoing problem with my low pressure tire indicator light going on, and the car never seemed to run smooth and seemed to lack responsiveness. Once I went back to my Rockingham Honda, the issues were corrected and I am finally enjoying the car. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. They do quality work, and they must be a good place to work because I see the same people there. More
