On Monday July 20, 2009, my wife Brenna and I were looking to trade our 2002 Honda cr-v. We went to Rockingham Honda where we were greeted by Miguel with a friendly smile. He approached us, and ask ho looking to trade our 2002 Honda cr-v. We went to Rockingham Honda where we were greeted by Miguel with a friendly smile. He approached us, and ask how we were doing, and if he could assist us. We explained that we wanted to trade our 2002 Honda cr-v, towards a newer one. We looked at a 2006, and test drove it. Then we went into the office to fill out an application, to only find our payments would go up. Jerry Malone came over and said let me see what I can do for you. He returned and said would you be interested in leasing? Brenna and I discussed it for a few minutes, and I said I will call you on Friday 07/24/09 at 9:00am. We all agreed to this, shook hands and left. My wife and I discussed it some more, and I called Jerry on 07/24, to give him our answer. He said let me get you "approved" and I'll call you back in 5 minutes. Well the phone rang and Jerry said your "approved" and we picked out our new 2009 Honda CR-V over the internet, and picked it up on Saturday 07/25/09. As we entered the showroom, Jerry came over to us shook our hands, and smiled, and said Joe is just finishing up the paperwork, and will be with us shortly. We waited roughly 5 minutes, and were taken to Joe's office, where we were greeted with a friendly smile again. The lot, showroom, and restrooms were clean, and all the employers treated us with respect, kindness, friendliness, positive attitude, and a smile.
