My first and last to this dealership not recommended anyone to come purchase a used cars here , I bought a used 2019 Honda Civic EX it’s a beautiful car only makes me disappointed are the deepest scratc anyone to come purchase a used cars here , I bought a used 2019 Honda Civic EX it’s a beautiful car only makes me disappointed are the deepest scratches side pumpers and driver’s seat got ripped, I looks at the was little bit dark at night , after I purchased the car the salesman told me he gonna deliver to my house I agree to do so. When car delivery to my house I saw some deep scratches and ripped seats and bring the car back to the dealer the manager told me not their problems when the out of dealer they’re not responsibility what so ever, that’s how makes me so disappointed. More

Very poor experience. Not one of my e-mails was answered from customer care (Thomas) or from the general sales manager (Ronnie) and I got the run around when questions wer Not one of my e-mails was answered from customer care (Thomas) or from the general sales manager (Ronnie) and I got the run around when questions were asked in person regarding needed worn tire replacement from Nelson and Shane (Sales and Finance). Vehicle was not ready for pick up and was not even gone though with an inspection (as a certified used vehicle) beforehand. A full inspection didn't happen, as they said it would take a day to inspect it fully and contacted me in less than an hour to say it was ready. I found an empty lip balm container and change under drivers seat when I got it home. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy, and I'll definitely NOT be returning. More

Great experience getting a new vehicle here.
