I went from an old lease to a new lease. I have been a good customer to Rockingham Honda over the last several years; however, they did not complete the process on their end. This translates into daily ca good customer to Rockingham Honda over the last several years; however, they did not complete the process on their end. This translates into daily calls from Honda Financial Services and a hassle of time to then make the calls to get the matter resolved. Now, two payments are showing as overdue and I have the added hassle of monitoring my credit report to make sure the "missed" payments aren't reported. And if they are, Rockingham Honda will hear about it! Amber and Derrick were great at the start of the process - test drives, etc. and got me in my new vehicle in a flash! But all that goes away when follow-through is not completed and I am then getting harassed by HFS. What started off as an easy, time-sensitive process has now been made a difficult aggravating, time-consuming process. And none of this surprises me. I have had service done at RH for an oil change and afterwards had oil in my driveway. I had to go back to RH and was told that their mechanic had spilled the oil and had not cleaned it up. I had problems returning my Dad's lease after he passed away, even though HFS told me to return the vehicle there. If it seems easy getting something done, just keep in mind, things are not as easy as they seem at RH. Something else is bound to follow. Just be prepared to save extra time in your schedule. I like to be a loyal consumer and have been to them both in vehicle purchases and service work, but it seems they do not care about having my business... More
