They see the sales process through I experienced some minor miscommunication issues; however, they worked hard to get it straightened out, especially Bill. Not everything will go perfectly as a consumer, but if you have staff that will do what it takes to improve the process, that is the best you can get. Art and Emmett, however, get very low ratings. Three times dealt with Art and three times poor, callous, insensitive service, especially when dealing with a death in the family. More

I had already looked at Subaru and Toyota and thought I'd spend one hour or less checking out Hondas before going back to the Toyota dealer. I spent four hours with Sean (maybe longer, LOL) but left owning a new Honda. Sean did everything he could without putting any pressure on me; a really nice combination! Attentive, patient, and helpful the day of the sale and the next day when I picked up the new car. Nicest car buying experience I ever had; Tania was also a great help getting the new car ready for pickup within 24 hours; at first it looked like a 2 or 3 day wait. I hope the staff in the Service Department are as good as the Sales Staff. I live in Mass and was leery about buying a car in NH; I am so glad that I went to Rockingham Honda based on my neighbor's recommendation (and she did get the referral bonus)! More

Kirk and Tim are the BEST!! I initially set up my appointment online and thought it was odd that I had to schedule 2 weeks out. When I called the first time the front desk woman I initially set up my appointment online and thought it was odd that I had to schedule 2 weeks out. When I called the first time the front desk woman had me call back because no one was around to help me (that you should fix). When I called back, to see if there was any way I could come in earlier Tim was very accommodating on the phone, he offered the next day (which I couldn't do), but agreed to the following day. I showed up and Kirk was there to get me started, he was very nice and professional. He set me up with a shuttle to work and that was a huge relief! He called me mid morning to explain the details of the work needed on my car and was patient with me on the phone. When I picked up my car around 6:30p, I did have to wait a little while, but Tim said to each person that he apologized about the wait and that he appreciated their time. Even if this was a lie, it feels nice to be acknowledged. There was another employee there that said nothing and did nothing to help the situation, thus further making Tim shine. I would prefer to work with both Kirk and Tim again, as I had a much different experience the first time I was there. It made me think twice about coming back. I have experience hiring, training, managing employees and it is hard to find great people. Tim is wonderful and he should be promoted!! More
