Worst Experience Ever Set date to pick up vehicle. Initial visit, financing paperwork was lost, had to re-fill out forms. Accessory was added to car that was not wanted. Set date to pick up vehicle. Initial visit, financing paperwork was lost, had to re-fill out forms. Accessory was added to car that was not wanted. Car was not cleaned, no inspection sticker, and spare key could not be located. 1st return visit, had to leave and come back 3 hours later to get car. 2nd return visit with car days later, got inspection sticker. Spare key still not located; finally they re-ordered key. 2nd return visit, key programmed. 3rd return visit, car experiencing complete electrical failure. Passed all tests. They can't explain it. I couldn't find the lock for the lug nuts (the added accessory I was charged for and didn't want on my initial visit) service person tells me I don't have locking lug nuts. Service Manager tells me (5:00 on a Friday) there is no one available to return the money to me for the accessory they charge me for ($110). A check can be cut on Monday and wants to know if I'll come back. I asked them to put it in the mail. Three days later I still don't have the check so I call for an update. The office manager is on vacation so the check can't go out until next week. No one even called to let me know this. Lots of smiling and appeasing words with poor follow through. I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership. More
