New car starter installed. I received a new car starter for Christmas and had scheduled an appointment for Wednesday morning at 9 AM. When I arrived at your service center I wa I received a new car starter for Christmas and had scheduled an appointment for Wednesday morning at 9 AM. When I arrived at your service center I was informed that I could not use the gift card given to me for the installation until after the beginning of the year. I had taken a day out of work after setting up the appointment and by rescheduling it would mean that I would need to take yet another day off. I was being assisted by Sergey, he worked with a manager and I was able to keep the appointment and use the gift card. Sergey was very accommodating and professional throughout my experience.
