They called my car "the stinky car! I brought my 2018 Honda Civic into the Rockingham Honda service department for a foul odor. It smelled like spoiled food, but there was no food anywhere in the car or trunk. My car was immaculately clean, as always, but my Grand daughter had spilled a bottle of water in the back seat 2 days before, so it was damp. When the technicians couldn't locate a source of the smell, they decided it must be from mold in the back seat, and charged me $591 to replace the seat. My problem with that diagnosis is this; if there was mold, wouldn't the seat have had to be wet for days, even weeks for it to have formed? Not the case. They asked me if I ever left windows open in the rain or snow, and if I left my sunroof open so moisture got in. I'm an adult, I would not leave windows or sunroof open. Also, if there had been moisture, wouldn't my windows have steamed up inside on a hot day? Never happened. When I picked up the car, I asked to see the moldy seat, but it had been disposed of. I also still smell a "dirty feet" smell, which none of the service techs could smell, but it's like perfumed stinky feet coming out of the air vents. Also, the car had been into the service dept less than a week before for its 10,000 mile check, no mold odor then. More

Amber is AMAZING! I originally came in with my 2011 Honda CRV for some maintenance in the service center but after owning it for roughly 2 years I just wasn't a fan of I originally came in with my 2011 Honda CRV for some maintenance in the service center but after owning it for roughly 2 years I just wasn't a fan of it anymore, it didn't seem like a good fit for me. Amber easily approached my mother and I with a smiling face and a bubbly personality, she took notes throughout our whole time with her and genuinely seemed interested in what my ideal car would be right down to the color of the car and the interior. My mother gave her a hard run with the pricing of the vehicle and laid out what exactly HER idea of an acceptable price would be (based on a family friend of ours who also works in car sales) and Amber took on her pushy attitude like a champ- major props to her, most other sales people would have run the other way! Amber was back and forth with her sales team going above and beyond the best to make sure everything stayed smooth throughout the whole car buying/shopping experience, she even chatted with us while we were waiting for paperwork. Ultimately, I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. Amber's personality made her easy to talk to, she was knowledge, she was informative, she gave me options based on the notes she took and didn't steer me away from what I was looking for, she made sure the very last thing she did before I left was go over everything in detail about the car features, demonstrating how to work them and making sure all questions were answered. I adore her! I think she's an amazing addition to the Honda sales team and would highly recommend her to family, friends, coworkers and my own clients! More

I’m so happy in my 2015 Honda Civic!! I could write a novel on how great the customer service is at Rockinham Honda. Amber Collins was my salesperson that assisted me, and she couldn’t of I could write a novel on how great the customer service is at Rockinham Honda. Amber Collins was my salesperson that assisted me, and she couldn’t of been more perfect with everything!! Let me begin with saying that they don’t push you to buy a car you don’t want, they listen to what you are looking for, and give you a honest list of what cars would be good for your particular situation. I told them I wanted a 4 cylinder, 4 door, and nothing fancy. They put me in a beautiful 2015 Honda Civic for a great price. I did my due diligence and checked the KKB. They sold me the car $4,000 dollars less than what the KKB valued my Honda Civic at with 20,000 miles on the odometer. I didn’t have any money to put down, and they still got me my car and at a decent interest rate. Any dealership can get you approved, but not everyone can get you a decent interest rate in the process. I loved how they actually cared about how much my interest rate was going to be and they wanted to make sure I didn’t get into a situation I would regret in the long run. I think everyone should atleast take a look at this dealership, if you are shopping for a new vehicle. I want to thank the Rockingham Honda dealership for doing a spectacular job and getting me into the perfect car, for my particular situation. Once I am paid off with my current car, you bet your xxx I am going to be coming back to them. Sorry for the language.. haha More
