Great customer service!! I made an appointment for a safety recall on my Honda Pilot. Was greeted the second I walked in and they started the process for my repair. I also added an oil change which was no issue at all. I was then taken to the waiting area which was very nice, with several options - such as a quiet room and kids play area. Coffee, and snacks were out as well as tv and magazines. I was told the recall and oil change would be about an hour. I was there just a little over an hour when the customer service rep came in and went over everything they did with my SUV. The oil change was very reasonably priced and the recall was no charge. Paid my bill and left. I will certainly go back with any issues that I may have in the future!! Very happy with the service and time it took to complete!! More

First visit for service I am a former customer from Commonwealth Motors. I was forced to pay $450 for an oil pan plus installation because their oil change technicians had st I am a former customer from Commonwealth Motors. I was forced to pay $450 for an oil pan plus installation because their oil change technicians had stripped the threads on the aluminum oil pan by over torquing the steel drain plug. Commonwealth pretty much said I had to pay for it because " I took my car somewhere else for oil changes an I had no proof that it was their fault" and they would not take any blame even though I had proof they were the only ones changing the oil for the previous 20 months. I filed a formal complaint with Honda for their carelessness. For the record, the other places I went to had ASE certified mechanics not oil change technicians who most likely do not have ASE credentials. I chose Rockingham due to the shorter distance from my home and the better values in price for servicing my vehicles. The service department team took the time to tell me about service coupons and ways to save money on service. I ask for and received a detailed estimate for items I need to have repaired. All pricing meets my budget. I did not have to wait long for an oil change and at all times I felt welcomed not intimidated. I plan to use Rockingham as my Honda Dealer going forward for both service abd new vehicle purchases. More
