Outstanding Sales Experience We came in and was greated by Agusto and with his polite manners he showed us several cars and we could tell that he had great knowledge of the Honda We came in and was greated by Agusto and with his polite manners he showed us several cars and we could tell that he had great knowledge of the Honda brand. We took out three cars and Agusto didn't mind at all,we never felt rushed as he said it best " you're my customer and if you want to try seven cars we will do it" He was never pushy and we never felt rushed and after driving three cars we purchased a car from him! When it was time to see the Business manager,this is the part that I usually hate however totally different experience,a very positive one. We met Garrett Neville, he was great employee who knew his product and showed us of our options and going over features. Again he never rushed us and he provided us with great information to make our decisions on options easier.Garrett has outstanding customer skills and he made it so easy for us. He is a truly nice guy and again it was a pleasure to deal with him. Agusto called us to tell us that the car was ready and when we arrived he had the car in the heated service bay as it was snowing and very cold and again the customer first attitude was quite present. Augusto showed us all of the options and Then it was time to drive away in our new car. Special thanks to Shelia for assisting us in finding the car we wanted and also a thank you to the service manager Deb who took great care of us in the past and will now be seeing us with the new car. First time visiting Rockingham for service Ok, I don't normally rave about service because I sort of believe that it's their actual *job* to provide great service. That being said, I was extremely impressed with the staff (I worked with Anibal), their professionalism and specifically, the quality of the work that was done. My car ('08 Element) has always been dealer-maintained at Honda North and they always did a good job but after visiting Rockingham, it's like driving a new car. Seriously, whenever this car finally dies I'll be buying another Honda from them. The new facility is spotless and has a great layout so I'll be a customer for life unless Honda drops the ball like VW with the diesel scandal. Whoops. More
