Excellent customer service and non-pushy sales staff Like most folks out there, I dread going through the new car buying process, for the horribly lengthy process, pushy sales staff, and the feeling that Like most folks out there, I dread going through the new car buying process, for the horribly lengthy process, pushy sales staff, and the feeling that someone is out to get me. However, the folks are Rockingham Honda are the exception. I had the pleasure to deal with both Edwin Abreu and Garrett Neville- both of whom were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with all the terms. Sales- Edwin sold me a brand new 2016 Honda Pilot- for what was a great price. He was non-pushy and did not feed me any of the typical salesman bs that would have certainly killed the deal. Edwin kept it professional and made the process straightforwards. Finance- Garrett Neville was very professional and diligent. Garrett was able to get me better financial terms than my own credit union. He then used some of the savings to go towards a longer comprehensive warranty. Since the longer warranty fit within my budget, due the savings in financing costs, this did not felt like an up-sell, instead I saw it more as great customer service. Overall, I had a great experience with Rockingham Honda, and look forward to years of future business. More
