The Internet girls were very prompt and responsive in sending out e-pricing when requested; as well as following up to make sure I had all the info I needed. Finally stopped in for a visit. Miguel was very friendly, accommodating and helpful; right from the start. A pleasure to deal with. No pressure and no hassle during any of the negotiations. I researched prices from several NorthShore dealers on the vehicle I wanted. I also researched the value of my trade-in on Kelley Blue Book. Rockingham came down on their initial price and came up on my trade-in allowance with no questions or balking; after showing them my research. I accepted the deal. Garrett handled all the financial paperwork in less than an hour. Very professional and very helpful in explaining every little detail. Picked up my new car a couple of days later. Augusto was superb in filling in for Miguel on the new car delivery procedure. He made sure that no stone was left unturned. First visit - 2-3 hours for test drives and answering any questions Second visit - 1 hour to do all of the requisite paperwork Third visit - 1 hour for orientation and set up on my new car features and driving off. In the past I would almost rather have a root canal without novacaine than deal with a new car purchase at a dealer. I can tell you that I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the whole process was with Rockingham. And I love my new CR-V More
