Efficient, smooth and friendly service! I live in Maryland and was in the Salem NH area for a few days when the check engine light came on in my Honda CR-V on a Sunday afternoon.. It is alw I live in Maryland and was in the Salem NH area for a few days when the check engine light came on in my Honda CR-V on a Sunday afternoon.. It is always disconcerting when you are 600 miles from home and facing a potential transportation issue. I immediately went online with my cell phone to look for the local Honda dealership. It was a wonderful surprise when I found Rockingham Honda and was able to book a service appointment online for the first thing Monday morning. I was warmly greeted in the morning at Rockingham's sparkling modern service facility. Ryan pulled up my service request and efficiently went over any details with me. I had told him that I preferred to wait till I returned to my dealer in Maryland, who had all of my vehicle service records, as long as it was not a safety or critical issue. In about an hour the vehicle was completely checked, the check engine light had gone out by itself that morning, and Ryan summarized a few minor items they had found as well as a potential cause for the check engine light having come on. The bill for the analysis and replacing a break light was very reasonable. I was on my way feeling relaxed and confident since I would be headed to Cape Cod the following day for Thanksgiving and then back to Maryland. I was certainly thankful for the efficient and friendly service I received at Rockingham. The donuts and especially warm gooey chocolate chip cookies in the waiting room were a special treat as well. Thanks Rockingham for helping to make my holiday week a pleasure! More
