Pulled into this dealership September 30 with a noise coming from my right rear, the steel belts had broken in my tire. I inquired at the parts/service department desk if they could take care of my probl coming from my right rear, the steel belts had broken in my tire. And less than an hour I was back on the road and able to attend trade days 1st Monday in canton. All of the people at the parts/service desk were very friendly and knowledgeable, when my truck was complete and I asked for the invoice they told me there was no charge. My knees almost buckled such a uncommon gesture these days, I highly recommend this dealership for service and I will check with them if I need a new truck More

That was the only trip up but It wasn’t major. The next day they went above and beyond to show they wanted my business and make it right. From there is was pretty smooth sailing. They were an hour away so the finance guy would email me info so that I could make decisions on gap plans, warranties and financing options before I came in. The car I purchased was priced very fair, they gave me a very fair trade in (trust me, I did thorough research on both) and they treated us like family. We didn’t feel pressured or rushed. It was truly a nice experience. I would definitely recommend! More
