What started as a remote purchase from the Netherlands, promised with a complete set of keys, ended in a blatant scam that left me €800/$900 out of pocket and feeling deeply dissatisfied. The Broken Promise: The car had one key only. John initially assured me a second key would be included upon purchase because. Trusting his word, I proceeded with the purchase. The Missing Key and a Shocking Revelation: Upon collecting the car in Belgium, my heart sank. The promised second key was absent. Contacting John Bragg, I received a picture as "proof" it was in the car before shipment. But a closer look exposed the glaring truth: the pictured key belonged to an older Porsche model, completely different from my Panamera. I do have proof from him sending the picture, however, Dealerrater doesn't allow for images to be uploaded. . Scam Confirmed: This wasn't just a missing key; it was a deliberate attempt to deceive. The picture served as a smokescreen, further solidifying my belief that I had been scammed by Canton Ford. Now, I face the hefty cost of €800/$900 for a replacement key, adding insult to injury.
