Hard time being truthful with very poor communication. The truck was delivered to my house with no pre-arranged time as I had requested. What I got waa a phone call at 7:30pm that the truck was 20 minutes The truck was delivered to my house with no pre-arranged time as I had requested. What I got waa a phone call at 7:30pm that the truck was 20 minutes out. Since I had received no call to set up a time, I was not home. I had to drip what I waa doing, go home and take delivery. When the truck was delivered, no offer was made to assist in famliarizing me with the truck. The salesman did not bring any paperwork which meant I had to make another appointment to meet someone to get the paperwork. This is not all of the story but I think you get the jest. This was the worst new truck buying experience I have ever had. I do not intend to do business with Cantin Ford again. More
The service department advisor mislead me in the repairs that were going to be done. I told him I had an insurance policy for repairs, but he said it would not cover my repair. When I picked up the car and that were going to be done. I told him I had an insurance policy for repairs, but he said it would not cover my repair. When I picked up the car and saw that it was a water pump that had been replaced, that is an item covered by insurance. Also I had an oil leak fixed, and some of the same labor to fix the water pump should of been credit to replacing the valve cover seals. But it wasn't. Also lied to about replacing a wiring harness for the ac fan motor. More

Trustworthy, efficient , helpful and knowledged I’ve used dealerships in the Dallas / Mesquite area and I have no confidence in the service dept. We made an appointment for service. We showed up the morning of the appointment to drop off the vehicle. They did not show an appointment. I was told they would try and work me in but had to take care of the people that made appointments. Again, I told them we made one, we told them the day we made it and again, they couldn’t find it. The dude was pretty rude about the whole thing. Finally after some more back and forth, he found our appointment. They put the first name down wrong, put my sons name instead of mine… he has a fire too. After a couple days we were told we needed a new transmission on our 2021 Ford. We were quoted $7200. We picked up the vehicle and paid the diagnostic fee. I took the vehicle to Wills Point Ford. Same diagnosis, we need a new transmission. They quoted me $4900. I have told everyone I can think who needs Ford service my experience. A few hundred dollars difference, I get. Almost double… unbelievable. More
