The folks are friendly and courteous. The first time I had the truck in for the smoking issue, it was turned around in a matter of days. The problem with that is it still smokes upon startup. Also, it was parked in a dirt lot with the drivers window down. The interior was very dirty when I picked it up. I brought it back to follow up, and was not called back for a week. They claimed they couldn’t get it to smoke. The first time I started it after bringing it home, it smoked. Not very happy. I find the service counter people to be knowledgeable & honest. My F150 has disappointed me more than expected based on reputation. Recent repairs have been costly. That said, not once did I feel mislead honest. My F150 has disappointed me more than expected based on reputation. Recent repairs have been costly. The service was great but never got a call back to let me know what was wrong with my car. Luckily it was under warranty and only had to pay 200 instead of 1800.
