We had taken our 2002 Excursion in for repairs after the drive shaft fell off after 320,000 miles. They were able to repair it even though they had to machine some custom parts. About a year later we noted that we were losing transmission fluid and returned it to All-Star Ford in Canton. To my surprise they repaired the leak replaced the damaged case all under warranty. They went up and beyond what I expected or hoped for. More
