Brandon was great, but I called several time about issues. Promised updates without any return calls.finally called a manager and he has been great. Haven’t picked up my vehicle as of yet. I am optimistic for good results. Brandon did promise on 3 occasions Canton Ford would have lifetime power train on the vehicle. I asked for it in writing and he assured me it would be. Final outcome….pending. Next question is NOT yes or no question!!!!!!! More
