service I had a really bad experience my dodge durango went in for service and I was notified there was a transmission problem per codes, I was informed it wa I had a really bad experience my dodge durango went in for service and I was notified there was a transmission problem per codes, I was informed it was to cost about 3,600 to replace seems the representative who was handling my repair left and someone was to take over weeks went by and no one called I called several times a week and had to leave message but no one returned my calls. Then I call manager who said they were waiting on parts. after 2 months they called and car was ready and the bill was 4690.00 they said alternator was replaced along with other parts. They brought by car to me and I went to drive to store and the car would not come out of second gear, called they back and told them how could anyone drive the car and not know it was locked in second gear, time went by and I was then told they has to order another transmission took almost two weeks to get. I got my car and the ac was not putting out cold air . After contacting Jim in service they finally returned my car to me they seat belt warning light does not work they did not get it working. This was a 2 1/2 month total terrible experience for me. More

I recently bought a Chrysler Pacifica from Sergio who was wonderful to do business with before and after the sale. Sergio spent time teaching me how to use the many expanded features on this car even after the deal was completed. He wanted me to be 100% happy with my purchase. I give Sergio an A+ for salesmanship and follow up after the sale! Their Service Department also receives high marks in my opinion. The Service Mgr, Jim has been very understanding and responsive to my situation and needs. They also go to bat for me with my extended maintenance warranty company to help me save money. I appreciate this very much. The dealer’s location in Indian Trail is very convenient to where I live and this is a plus.
