service I had a really bad experience my dodge durango went in for service and I was notified there was a transmission problem per codes, I was informed it wa I had a really bad experience my dodge durango went in for service and I was notified there was a transmission problem per codes, I was informed it was to cost about 3,600 to replace seems the representative who was handling my repair left and someone was to take over weeks went by and no one called I called several times a week and had to leave message but no one returned my calls. Then I call manager who said they were waiting on parts. after 2 months they called and car was ready and the bill was 4690.00 they said alternator was replaced along with other parts. They brought by car to me and I went to drive to store and the car would not come out of second gear, called they back and told them how could anyone drive the car and not know it was locked in second gear, time went by and I was then told they has to order another transmission took almost two weeks to get. I got my car and the ac was not putting out cold air . After contacting Jim in service they finally returned my car to me they seat belt warning light does not work they did not get it working. This was a 2 1/2 month total terrible experience for me. More

Sergio spent time teaching me how to use the many expanded features on this car even after the deal was completed. He wanted me to be 100% happy with my purchase. I give Sergio an A+ for salesmanship and follow up after the sale! Their Service Department also receives high marks in my opinion. The Service Mgr, Jim has been very understanding and responsive to my situation and needs. They also go to bat for me with my extended maintenance warranty company to help me save money. I appreciate this very much. The dealer’s location in Indian Trail is very convenient to where I live and this is a plus. Lied to and they wrecked my truck I took my ram 3500 in for a recall repair I was told that it wasn’t recalled it met the requirement just to find out that they replaced a part on the I took my ram 3500 in for a recall repair I was told that it wasn’t recalled it met the requirement just to find out that they replaced a part on the steering as their technician was driving my vehicle he rear ended a Nother van I was told just a couple broke pieces they didn’t know I had already went to the other Shop and saw the vehicle I showed Them a pic and they said how do we know that your truck and then ask them to ride with me to see then they called me told me it was only the front bumper that needed to be repaired they would replace it I returned and found multiple other damaged areas I’ve caught them in three lies already be aware of this business my truck has 18000 miles on it it’s only driven on weekend and both front tires are worn out the only thing I want is the two front tires replaced and my body shop to fix damages to truck I was told crash was at 10 mph I spoke to other person involved they said it was way more than 10 mph and how do you rear end a stopped vehicle if you are paying attention More
