This is the worst dealership Ive ever dealt with, they are a money pit and always looking to get over on you. I took my vehicle into service for them to look at a problem and to look over it to see all th are a money pit and always looking to get over on you. I took my vehicle into service for them to look at a problem and to look over it to see all that needed to be fix and cost me $6,000. I started to have issues that was suppose to be fix and now they telling me due to wear and tear of about close to a year of repairs that was never fix. Now they saying it's going to cost me $3,500 to fix what was suppose to been fix from beginning. Trust when I say the service department is getting over on people, do your research on your parts if your going to deal with Capital dodge of Indian Trail because parts cost for me was $800 but through them its $3,500. Im the most honest person and never look to do anyone wrong but this is by far the most dishonest dealership I ever encounter. More
