Last minute stopping in to look at a truck I saw online. Was approached by Mark Sutton. Said was sold but had another much nicer. I dropped off my vehicle for a scheduled recall at 4:30 am on my way to I requested that it would available for me to pick it up at 2:00 pm. When I arrived at 2:30 pm it had not even been started. I was to am on my way to I requested that it would available for me to pick it up at 2:00 pm. When I arrived at 2:30 pm it had not even been started. I was told it would be at least another two to three hours before it would finished. That to me was unacceptable. I was asked if I could leave it or bring it back the following day which I could do. The service advisor told me that there was nothing else he could do. After a heated discussion he reluctantly went to someone to ask if he could provide me with a loaner vehicle at which he was successful. After I arrived home with the loaner car at approximately 3:45, I received a call at 4:15 telling me my vehicle was now ready serviced and ready for pickup. I certainly would have been willing to wait if I knew that it would have been serviced that soon. The service advisor was not the most pleasant person to deal with. Showed very little respect for me as a customer. I have no intentions of of ever returning to this dealership for service of my 2 GM vehicles. More
