I contacted dealer ship via car fax requesting out the door pricing. I got a call to tell me the facts I already read via carfax and to invite me to come see the car. I told him I thought there was room to negotiate but I wanted to start with a itemized out the door price. He agreed to work on it . I never received it or never was contacted by a sale manager (which when at the dealership I'm told are the only ones who can set or change a price ). Then today I get a email asking if I'm still interested in the car I struggle to deal with ignoring my request for information. I have has this experience with mclarty group before but would give a positive shout out to Owen at mazda and Mike so far at Subaru.
